The leasing company requested a Letter of Credit to support the transaction. After the request for a letter of credit was required, I decided to give Jules and Associates, Inc. a try. They provided 100% Lease Financing without the need of a Letter of Credit or any covenants or additional conditions in order to finance the transaction. "

"We have been working with Jules and Associates for several years now and it is always a great experience dealing with them and more specifically with our assigned account executive since he is fully bi-lingual (English/Spanish). Our business includes several supermarkets in southern Arizona and every so often we upgrade our POS Systems along with other capital improvements within each store location.
