A new law firm was approved prior to it own start-up date.
A group of partners that represented 40% of an existing Midwest law firm requested funding for a brand new firm that they were starting up. We approved this transaction based on the clients they represented and the strength of each partner’s personal credit. The equipment that we approved, which included a phone system along with various IT hardware and software, was essential in launching the firm business.
