Case Study #4 : Agriculture
Funded a transaction with an existing customer who had two large losses over the last two years.
We financed a Large West Coast Grower Co-op that underwent two major catastrophes in two consecutive years, causing large losses to their income statement. However excluding these one time events, the company was quite profitable, with strong cash reserves and a great payment history. Taking this into consideration, we were able to reach lease terms that both parties accepted.
