Creating simplified solutions for complex leasing requests.
Case Study #3 : Agriculture
A regional West Coast chemical manufacturer was in danger of losing equipment they recently ordered unless they found a funding source within 15 minutes on a Friday afternoon.
We recently financed a transaction for a manufacturer located in Southern California whose vendor required a progress payment be wired at 4:45 PM on a Friday afternoon. Without this payment, the vendor would not release the equipment to a waiting delivery truck that was about to leave from Indiana to California. If the wire transfer was not received in within fifteen minutes, the customer would have their project delayed by at least two weeks, losing valuable training time and money.
Knowing that it was past the deadline to arrange a wire transfer, the Jules and Associates, Inc. documentation team asked if a credit card payment would be acceptable to complete the progress payment instead. The vendor agreed, and in short, our client was extremely happy with the speed and efficiency that Jules and Associates demonstrated.
